Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you join our waitlist or contact us, we collect the information you submit: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and any notes you include, such as the work you would want Breana to handle. If you receive early access, we also collect account information and the content you provide to the product, such as client records, deal information, notes, and instructions.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we collect standard technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring pages. We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Information from connected services. If you use the Breana product and choose to connect third-party services, such as your Google account or an MLS data source, we receive data from those services only with your permission and only as described below.

2. Google user data

This section applies when you choose to connect your Google account to Breana.

What we access. Depending on the permissions you grant, Breana may access your Gmail messages, your Google Calendar events, and your Google Contacts.

How we use it. We access Google user data solely to provide user-facing features of Breana to you: reading relevant correspondence so Breana can prepare follow-ups and briefings, drafting and sending emails you have reviewed and approved, scheduling and monitoring calendar events related to your business, and keeping your client records current. We do not use Google user data for any other purpose.

Limited Use disclosure. Breana's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In particular:

• We only use Google user data to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in Breana's user interface.
• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide these features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with prior notice to you.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
• Humans do not read your Google user data unless (a) you first give explicit permission, (b) it is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, (c) it is necessary to comply with applicable law, or (d) the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

Storage and protection. Google user data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access within our company is restricted to personnel and systems that need it to operate the Services.

Retention and deletion. We retain Google user data only as long as needed to provide the Services to you. You can disconnect your Google account from Breana at any time, and you can revoke Breana's access through your Google security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Upon disconnection or account deletion, we delete Google user data from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to operate the Services; to contact you about early access, which is the only purpose for which we use waitlist information; to provide, maintain, and improve Breana's features; to secure the Services and prevent abuse; and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your personal information, including any Google user data, to train generalized AI models shared outside your account without your explicit consent.

4. How we share information

We share personal information only with: service providers that host, store, or process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, such as cloud hosting and email delivery providers; legal authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public; and a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Data retention

We keep waitlist information until you ask us to remove it or until early access enrollment concludes. Product data is retained for the life of your account and deleted within 30 days of account deletion, except where law requires longer retention. Backup copies are purged on a rolling schedule.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards: encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

7. Your choices and rights

• Email. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
• Text messages. If you provided a phone number, you can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.
• Access and deletion. You may request a copy of your personal information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing privacy@breana.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
• State rights. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know, correct, and delete personal information and the right to non-discrimination for exercising those rights. We honor such requests regardless of your state of residence.

8. Children

The Services are intended for licensed real estate professionals and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the Services before the change takes effect.
